About Sian

I created Sian Aesthetics because I wanted to offer something that felt different from a conventional aesthetics clinic.

For me, aesthetics has never been about changing the way you look. It’s about understanding your face, your skin and what matters to you, then using treatments thoughtfully to help you feel your best while still looking completely like yourself.

I believe the best results are the ones that don’t announce themselves. Small, considered changes that work with your natural features, restore what has changed over time and support your skin as it ages.

There is no standard treatment plan here. Every face is different and every person comes to me wanting something different. Sometimes that means treating, sometimes it means taking a more gradual approach, and sometimes it means telling you that I don’t think you need anything at all.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, changing your mind and taking your time. There is never any pressure to have a treatment.

My clinic is a private, relaxed space where appointments are personal and unrushed. I want coming to see me to feel less like visiting a clinic and more like coming to see someone you trust — someone who knows your face, remembers your journey and genuinely cares about getting it right.

Because ultimately, my job isn’t to make you look like somebody else.
It’s to help you look like you.
